Loyola Ecuadorian Camp (CEL)
The CEL Group is a formative initiative inspired by Ignatian spirituality that accompanies the integral growth of men and women with a free spirit, a love for nature and camping, and a willingness to lead with the heart, in the style of Saint Ignatius of Loyola.
Its mission is to form well-rounded individuals: conscious, critical, and committed to the reality that surrounds them — capable of transforming their homes, communities, and society through the values of the Gospel. In each camping experience, around the fire and in direct contact with creation, CEL members discover the loving presence of God, who guides and strengthens them as a light along their path.
CEL forms leaders with a deep human, spiritual, and social sense — young people who recognize Christ as their constant companion and who, through fraternity, adventure, and service, prepare themselves to actively contribute to building a more just, supportive, and hope-filled world.
