Within his leadership, he aims to strengthen San Gabriel Private Educational Unit as an academic benchmark, characterized by order, discipline, and values formation, maintaining its status as a local and national reference.

Roberto Yandún

Director of Pastoral

Roberto Yandún has been part of San Gabriel Private Educational Unit since 2016 as a pastoral coordinator, providing close and continuous spiritual guidance to the educational community.

During his tenure, he has played a key role in formative experiences such as national camps, retreats, sacramental processes, and community gatherings. His pastoral work is characterized by listening, presence, and a constant invitation to reach out to others, especially those most in need.

He initially studied Systems Analysis, then went on to study Theology and Philosophy at Saint Patrick’s Pontifical University, Ireland, which profoundly shaped his approach to education. For Roberto, educating is not limited to academics but involves accompanying the whole person.

Guided by the belief that spirituality gives depth and meaning to the educational mission, Roberto lives and conveys a faith expressed through concrete actions. His guiding phrase is: “Love must be expressed more in deeds than in words.”.

He considers service to the educational community as the main indicator of good management, promoting balanced relationships in rights and responsibilities.
